Aurora Resort Khao Yai, Mu Si

My stay started off on a frustrating note due to a mix-up with my reservation, leading to the wrong room assignment. Although I had requested a room with pool access, I ended up with a room that did not have it. The situation was disappointing, especially since the hotel was fully booked. Despite this, I found the overall experience at the resort to be decent, though it could definitely use some improvements in communication.
